No. It runs in your phone's browser. Drivers can upload PODs through a dedicated link without logging in. Use it while safely parked.
After you connect Gmail and add your customers, supported rate cons become prepared invoice details waiting for review. Add them to your entry, check the load number and rate, then generate and send. Not every PDF format is supported; we can help check the format you use.
Connect Gmail for the inbox extraction and sending workflow shown here. You can also enter loads manually and generate or print PDFs without connecting a mailbox.
In this invoicing workflow, prepared details wait for your review. You choose when to generate and send. With POD forwarding enabled, matched delivery documents are emailed separately to the customer's accounting address; you can turn that option off.
No. Sign up free with no credit card needed. Your 50 free invoices per calendar month start on day one. If you need more, choose to upgrade. Reaching the free limit never starts a paid subscription or charges you automatically.
Get the full 50-invoice allowance when you sign up. It resets on the first of each month, Pacific Time. Saved entries don’t count until you generate an invoice. Each new invoice counts once; edits, resends and marking payments use no extra allowance. At the limit, wait for next month or choose to upgrade. You can still work with existing invoices.
No. This workflow handles invoices, PODs and payment records. It is not a load board, factoring service, ELD or accounting service, and it does not guarantee revenue or faster payment.
